Roasted Portobello

Fire roasted portobello mushroom stuffed with Italian sausage, onion and gorganzola cheese served over a marinara cream sauce and drizzled with a sweet balsamic reduction. Yum!

Made with crisp baby spinach and mixed greens, delicious dried cranberries, red onions, chopped almonds, and gorgonzola cheese crumbles. Topped with a sweet, tangy raspberry vinaigrette dressing.
